It rained kind of hard earlier this week and I somehow wish that it would continue for forever although my family keeps on reminding me that that’s mean because if rains last longer and if it becomes stronger, some people get affected more than what I’m probably experiencing in the place I’m currently in right now.

I didn’t really love the rain but I don’t hate it that much either. I love it as long as it suspends classes and makes temperature go down from its all time high in this country which is such a usual lately but I don’t like when it gets too cold that even having my sweater on won’t even help. I got the icons from the twilight series fan site featured below and the title from twilight-quotes.com x]

I’m currently listening to T-Pain’s Bartender. I’m not really sure if it’s by T-Pain and if the song’s really called such but I keep hearing T-Pain and bartender in the radio. The radio jock says that the next song in line says something like “run baby run, never look back”. That’s one of the many reasons why I’m not much of a fan of listening to the local radio ‘cause they usually forget to mention the song’s actual name and its artist. Got T-Pain's pic from Yahoo! Music. XD

Athletes from Togo, Tajikistan, Mexico, Lithuania, Egypt, Croatia, Bulgaria and Argentina already have bagged one medal each for their respective countries, all of which are bronze. This is just a piece of the whole olympics medal tally in Manila Bulletin as of 1o:45P. M., Thursday, fourteenth day of August and the one in Yahoo!. The glimpse of the flags of the countries mentioned earlier are from the same site.

I have one quick update for you { the person who's actually wasting time viewing this entry } concerning my web log. I have just added a new name { and her link! yes, she's a ladyyy! } at my web log roll. Uhm, if you do not actually know where that is located, just look for chat widget at the side then scroll down a little bit more.

If you don't see it there then your computer must have caught a disease called "now, you see me; now, you don't!" I know I'm corny so I'm off now! The image showcased above is from deviant art's Lilly.

Oh gee, no quote? Sadly, yes. Gosh, I feel like I should put my web log on an indefinite hiatus but I hate not having any visitors so yeah. So I hated my Physical Education last week. We were asked by our substitute teacher to walk ten times around the oval { it is the one that surrounds our school’s open field which is used most of the time for soccer and baseball activities } that is like 100 meters long. My feet ached and I had to put so many band aids at the bruises I got. My feet are that sensitive just like my ears but you should have known that earlier if you really read my entries here, right?

The boo-boos hurt like hell until now and I am not sure if I would be able to attend my Physical Education class tomorrow. It will solely depend on the contusions since my mother would probably not let me attend if she finds out that it is still not fully healed. If ever I would not attend the said class, it will be 50/50 for me since I would have free time for two hours although I would miss a lesson and/or exam. I’d rather not get a free time. My next post will contain the details on my outing yesterday with my friend and her other friends! Credits for the image above goes to Photobucket since I couldn't find the appropriate image at deviant art.

“We could start again.
How do you do it?
Make me feel like I do.
How do you do it?”

What I was scared about was that nerd might not want to get together with joke since he does not want to add any more pain to what he is all ready receiving from people around him. He was teased most of the time for being such a you – know – what { or who }. Same goes for joke. Then again, it all went smoothly until I learned that her family was all ready planning to live abroad – they just wanted her and her other siblings to finish the school year that they have started. Nerd knew about it later on and he took the information understandingly. I suddenly then appreciated his genius. I felt relieved that he was smart enough to comprehend about the situation. Months later towards now, joke and I communicated with each other as much as we can – just to catch up with the updates on each others’ lives. Some days ago, we exchanged instant messages online. And I was surprised to know that they were still together after all the time they have been apart. Thanks to the internet, they still got in contact. They have been together for about two years now.

It’s better than I ever knew from Stellar by Incubus. By the way, I wonder how fathers and their families celebrated yesterday. How did you guys celebrate your pop’s day? Drop me so comments at this post if you want to share how yesterday turned out. Me? I just sent my father who’s currently working overseas an SMS greeting. Credits for the images used above go to Deviant Art and to Monica from Photobucket. Okay, I know that the animal does not have so much relation to this post but I just thought it was so terribly { sp? } cute. Forgive me.

“We have been dancing on a volcano and
We have been crying over blackened souls.
This would not be the first time.
It will not be the last time.”

And we have been trying while we were listening to Incubus’ Oil and Water. Try to put some sense in to that if you can. Any ways, what I really want to talk about now is how a love that is so strong can overcome the many challenges in the lovers’ paths toward their life long wish – freedom. I have to admit though that I think I exaggerated that a little much more than I should do.

She was the joke of the class and he was the nerd. It was an okay kind of combination but obstacles always gets its ways. She was not ugly but what made her ugly was this not so tolerable habit. It was weird and no one even herself can explain it. I am not trying to get your good side here or any thing but I did accept her. She was my classmate along with the nerd during my first year at high school. Oh yeah, my former love, whom I also have talked about earlier in my entries, was also our classmate throughout those twelve months. Nerd was my former love’s friend then and until now. Being a friend and being so happy those times because I thought I had all ready found the love of my life { when, of course, I did not really! Who was I to know in the first place? }, I wanted to share my joy so I played matchmaker for the two protagonists. I knew by that time that they actually liked each other all though they do not know such fact { s } them selves so I knew that my schemes would not go ever go wrong and boy, was I right! What I was scared about was that nerd might not want to get together with joke since he does not want to add any more pain to what he is all ready receiving from people around him.

More of this story will unfold on my next post which you will surely see tomorrow. Stay tuned, lovelies! Credits for the images above go to these girls:

“And I feel a weakness coming on.
Never felt so good to be so wrong.
Had my heart on lockdown
{And} then you turned me around.”

You caught me off guard adoring this record from Boys like Girls, titled Hero / Heroine. I am already officially going to attend school next week and I so can not wait. My friend who is currently studying abroad, she is also living there with her own family, instant messaged me the other day and told me that they have started enjoying their vacation this month. I have not asked her when they will be going back to school but I have a feeling that it will be on August.

I am so sad and I feel so unfortunate that I did not even get to see the pilot episode of Dalja’s Spring or even the episodes that have already or will still be aired. Its chapters have started screening this Monday {the 2nd day of this month}. I would not dare to watch since I might get hooked and I might then neglect my studies. I do not want that to happen. Credits for the cute image above of Dalja above with a boy goes to her.

“I asked her to stay but she would not listen.
She left before I had a chance to say the word that would mend the things that were broken. It is not over tonight, just give me one more chance to make it right.”

Our teacher {who was a boy, our teachers in Music are always guys and do not ask me, I do not know myself} was already calling out fulfilled sets so making my eye balls move faster, I quickly saw his assemblage. His clutch of only five as well! But there was an itty bitty problem! They were all from the same specie! Would it not be hard to be working with males?! My group had to think fast and sharing with them the only option left with its pros and cons – they decided that we should just fuse in with alongside his crowd any ways since it would be the best for all although what they really meant was both companies will benefit at least. The examination required each unit to sing two songs so by means of what has been pondered on, we chose to sing Moonstar88’s Torete and Maroon 5’s Sunday Morning. And yes, your guess is correct. Us girls were designated to sing Torete while the boys backed us up softly using their voices and some instruments {it was allowed although only a few from our class took advantage of such fact}. We switched roles for Sunday Morning.

Eventually, we got a good grade {his friends were aiming for places in the honor roll!} too! It was so sweet but being reminiscent of it now, I remember The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus’ Damn Regret because that event was actually the start of some thing new for me as a freshman. I should have let my mother influence me on the process of making choices. I will not go home with out you if I listen to Maroon5. Does that even make sense at all?! “How dare you say that my behavior is unacceptable?
So condescending, unnecessarily critical
I have the tendency of getting very physical
So watch your step ‘cause if I do, you will need a miracle.”

It is getting harder to breathe as I listen to Maroon 5. I have to admit that Adam Levine {their band’s vocalist} is one of the many musicians I am actually crushing on. Maroon 5 makes me reminisce of my former love {you have to listen to Swing, Swing – sorry, I can not seem to remember who the artist behind that song is}. The paragraph below is just the first half of this freaky story – the rest will unfold at the next post so stay tuned! Credits to her for the image used here.

We have a subject in upper secondary school called music wherein we explore the said area. I met him during my freshman year. Well, you can then consider him unlucky but I pity myself too – I regret having met him in the past, things would have been easier and lovelier without that happening. We also had assessments in the said subject and we took the tests in that area seriously since Music was considered as well a laboratory course of study. Failing a laboratory branch of learning might get you an academic probation for the following school year and that is real scary since teachers will be pressuring you so much more than they would do normally. But back to the topic – we once had an examination requiring a group to be formed which was supposed to have ten members each. I quickly met with the only girls in my section that I considered were my friends in the room and later then found out that we needed five more. Scanning the room, me and my dears panicked finding out that our other classmates already had complete clusters.

let me know if my grip is too tight,
let me know if I can stay all of my life,
let me know if dreams can come true,
let me know if this one’s yours too
‘cause I see it and I feel it right here.”

This time, it’s Gemini by Spongecola {a homegrown talent} while composing this entry. It’s the twentieth day of the month and I’m about to turn on the television to wait for American Idol {Season 7} at QTV {Channel 11 at our local television sets}. The show that I have seen last night was a replay of a program shown via satellite {at exactly six in the evening; Philippine time} and today, I am pretty determined to watch it live at the same channel. Reruns don’t excite me as much as live and via satellite performances do. Well, I’m off since it has already started! Will be back in a few – may be!

Credits for Spongecola's image above goes to Deviant Art. Here I will be for the uhm, nth time? “This could never happen in a perfect world,
you’d still be here and it makes no sense.
I can just pick up the pieces but to you
this means nothing, nothing at all.
I used to think that I was strong
until the day it all went wrong.
I think I need a miracle to make it through,
I wish that I could bring you back.”

The place where we all are seems like a Perfect World as I listen to Simple Plan while composing this entry. I have just watched American Idol {Season 7} at QTV {Channel 11 at our local television sets}. I think Simon Cowell told David Cook twice that his song choices were wrong, particularly the selections he sang in the last two rounds of the show. However, the renowned judge did tell David Archuleta that he won all the rounds {there were three}. So who’s the victor? Who is the American Idol this season? We may say that it’s still early to mention the winner but any way, I don’t even know who is going to win! I mean, I think they both deserve the title but as some say, there can only be one.

Credits to Deviant Art for the image above. You may think of the following message as a postscript but I’d rather call it a request or even a plea? just so typical though you think you’re a star.
You act like everyone revolves around you.
Baby, you dropped the ball
and now the game is through
‘cause you tried to play both sides.
You got caught up in your lies
and now you’re running,
running out of time.”

The Game Is Over as I lent my ears to *NSYNC while composing this entry. There isn’t much to say – once again. It seems like the first time for me to be dissatisfied with my godmother’s gift to me although my mother found the hand bag very useful and even if I am now using the USB she gave me with the bag. My mother is currently on a retreat with some other fellows from the place she works in. So she won’t be sleeping at our house tonight. She’s going to spend the night there today and she will be home by tomorrow, sometime around lunch.

A downer it was {my series of unfortunate events}
And apparently, it’s not Lemony Snicket.
As the pretty girl in the new KFC commercial announces to her boyfriend,

“It’s not you, it’s me.”

First:

I uploaded recently some songs that were played during my cousin’s wedding into my laptop by simply copying the files from the CD my cousin gave me as a token of appreciation. I was blissful then but when I tried to play the songs at the Windows Media Player, it won’t go.

Second:

I would not be online for some days starting tomorrow. Assuring you, I am somehow certain that I am not going to be away for that long. In accordance, I am officially declaring that me and my web log is now in a vague hiatus. Until I have the time to actually post some new entries, please comment on the rest of my posts, may they be old or new. Huge BTW, I will still reply to comments posted anywhere at this web log.

Oh, no, no!
You're pulling the trigger.
Pulling the trigger all wrong.
Give me envy; give me malice.
Give me your attentio; give me envy.
Give me malice, baby; give me a break!
When I say shotgun; you say wedding.
Shotgun wedding; shotgun wedding!”

It’s Time to Dance as I lent my ears to Panic at the Disco while composing this entry. There isn’t much to say. I feel like I’m not yet ready to go back to school with the others on the month of June. I don’t think that my father’s allotment for us {me, my mother and my younger brother = his legal family} is enough.

By the way, I’m so glad that my cousin’s wedding is finally gotten over with. Who wouldn’t be if they were in my shoes? Credits for the image above go to Deviant Art. I am currently listening to Boys Like Girls' Learning to Fall because I am kind of bored with my play list at the side. I am about to edit and add some more songs to the list when I have the time. I love BLG’s songs since most of their tracks are easy to sing along with. Will be attending my {boy} cousin’s wedding on the seventeenth and I am not sure if I’m excited or scared. Excited for my cousin since he and his girl is finally going to get married {they already have a cute little daughter who once loved Barney when she was so much younger; ROFLMAO} and scared because people might snicker {or laugh} at me or make fun of me when they see what I will be wearing to the event – my normal denim jeans that has some brown embroidered designs, a simple white half-sleeved puffy shirt and bronze {or brown or gold or metallic, WTF?} flats. That looks like my everyday outfit, maaan.

Except for a fact that I would not be sporting any bags at the wedding since all my bags are messenger or mail style bags. My mother would totally disapprove. Sheesh total bummer – o. But I mean, what if my prince charming was right there at the same place and time as I was by tomorrow? He will think of me as a complete idiot and a big joke. And I will never ever get my happily ever after then. Shiznit. Anyways, wish me luck for the seventeenth’s event since as far as I can remember, it’s the first wedding I’ll be ever attending in my whole life – yes, ever! Credits to Photobucket for the images used in this entry. I sort of hate this entry. It is not polished. XD

I celebrated the day when I was born last Monday (twelfth of May). There were not any grand parties or anything and not even many knew that it was my special twenty four hours. My family (composed of me, my younger brother and my mother) ate out at a new restaurant in Alabang Town Center whose specialty was New York pizza. We ordered four slices of their pizza and one pasta dish (I’m not specifically sure what they call the stuff that we purchased since I did not actually want to dine there in the first place therefore I was frowning in an obscure way during the whole time except throughout the period when we were eating but then I continued afterwards; I was only trying to please her just like I always did by agreeing with her). I was pretty satisfied although the pizza my mother chose had different kinds of meat (pepperoni, bacon and burger bits) and if you essentially read my entries here, you would have known that I’m not a fan of pork and beef. Their pizza slices were bigger than those of Greenwich and such. Maybe I could compare it to those of Yellowcab’s. My younger brother didn’t like the pasta that much because it {tasted like it} had {some kinds of} herbs. After the short dinner, my brother and I headed for the Extreme Gaming Grounds to rent a PS2 (we don’t have one at home due to the fact that we’re not rich) and play Soul Calibur III for an hour.

We went to TimeZone next and spent 200php on games which are mostly based on racing. That was depressing because I’ve been itching to get my hands on Tekken 5 and 6. The image of Nina Williams above is from Photobucket. She is one of the characters that I usually use.

Mothers were celebrated during the eleventh day of May. It was their special twenty four hours. Although I did buy a cake last year in behalf of the whole family, we did not do anything unusual on that date this year because I don’t have enough money and I can’t think of any thing in particular. But we did go to this party for a family friend. It was actually a birthday bash for a young boy whose mother was one of my many godparents (so numerous that I nor my family including my parents can’t even list down who all of them were and thus, I don’t even hear from the whole lot always). And even if we, me and my brother, were not that close to that family friend’s children, we still attend such get-togethers with them every year.

Furthermore, we just smile whenever people from our family friend’s faction talk to us. We feel like such an outcast when we attend gatherings like this. Anyhow, Vanessa Carlton will be present at Alabang Town Center also on the same day. By the way, someone else whom I knew by incident may also revel but on the thirteenth. On whom she is and how I was informed about her date of birth, it is one of the many secrets I will be keeping. I wish her completely the best.
