Seems like my friend and I have just caught the most welcome LEE PACE fever. :)) We watched one of his films, Possession (where he co-stars with Sarah Michelle Gellar, of Buffy the Vampire Slayer fame), yesterday afternoon, after our first batch of exams this year. He was so adorable (the way he feigned innocence at pretending) and amazing (he could go from a total angsty bad guy to a totally cute dork who loves carpentry and gardening).

What amazed me more was finding out he was also that kick-ass guy who played Garrett (a vampire on the Cullens' side) in 2012's 6th highest-grossing film, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. Then I discover from Wikipedia that he is playing Thranduil, the Elvenking and the father of Legolas, in The Hobbit films (the first one, An Unexpected Journey, is already in theaters, but there will be two more -- The Desolation of Smaug and There and Back Again). ARGHH. He looks so good~!

5 Trivias:

Lee Pace turned 33, March 25 last year (WHO CARES THOUGH, RIGHT?)
He graduated from Juilliard with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
He was in the TV seris, Pushing Daisies, as Ned.
His big break was when he played a transsexual role in Soldier's Girl.
You can catch him in the film, Lincoln, as well.

'til these hearts collide.
